It serves as the connecting hub between strategy and execution, ensuring that directives from Alvazarat are implemented efficiently across all Umoor and departments. |
| The purpose of this agreement is to ensure that any data, documents, reports, or information shared by Daeratul Aqeeq remain confidential and are not disclosed to any third party without prior written consent from Daeratul Aqeeq.

| 2. Confidentiality

| 4. Ownership of Data

| All shared data and documents remain the property of Daeratul Aqeeq.

| Upon completion of the intended purpose or upon request by Daeratul Aqeeq, the Receiving Party shall return or permanently delete all copies of the shared data.

| 5. Duration of Agreement
