This Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is entered into between Daeratul Aqeeq (the “Disclosing Party”) and the individual, idara, or group named below (the “Receiving Party”). The purpose of this agreement is to ensure that any data, documents, reports, or information shared by Daeratul Aqeeq remain confidential and are not disclosed to any third party without prior written consent from Daeratul Aqeeq.

1. Description of Requested Data

The Receiving Party hereby requests access to the following data, documents, reports, or information from Daeratul Aqeeq:

2. Confidentiality

The Receiving Party agrees that all data, material, or information provided by Daeratul Aqeeq shall be used solely for the purpose for which it was shared. 3. Legal Warning

The Receiving Party understands that any unauthorized sharing, publication, or misuse of the data constitutes a breach of confidentiality and may result in legal action. Such actions may include, but are not limited to, civil and criminal liability under applicable laws.

4. Ownership of Data

All shared data and documents remain the property of Daeratul Aqeeq. Upon completion of the intended purpose or upon request by Daeratul Aqeeq, the Receiving Party shall return or permanently delete all copies of the shared data.

5. Duration of Agreement

This agreement remains in effect indefinitely, covering all data shared presently and in the future, unless otherwise revoked in writing by Daeratul Aqeeq.

6. Acknowledgement

By signing this document, the Receiving Party acknowledges understanding and acceptance of the terms outlined above.
